Registration begins Friday at 3:00 PM in the Gold Meeting Room
(next to Hotel Building 3).
Bring toiletries, AA books, lawn chair, bug spray, flashlight,
soft drinks, and baked goods/fruit to share.
All Step presenters use AA conference‑approved literature. If
you sign up to present a Step please review the Presenter Guide.
You are welcome to play cards, have coffee or fellowship in the
meeting hall during breaks and at night.
The Retreat Agenda follows a strict timeline. Please be on time
for all presentations, breakout sessions, and meals. Agenda
handouts will be given out, and you should also keep it on your
phone for quick reference.
Payments are non refundable. This is because the facility offers no refunds once it has received your payment and your registration is confirmed. If you find you are unable to attend the retreat after registering, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Your admission fee will be used as a scholarship for someone who is on the scholarship wait list.
